Access
Getting to the Chalet:
From Zermatt train station: Take the electric taxi to "Findeln" (5 mins, ~CHF 20) or walk 15 minutes uphill
The chalet is the third wooden building on the right, marked with a silver star plaque
Ski-In Access: Follow the blue "Findeln" piste directly to the back terrace (ski storage room on ground floor)
Ski-Out Access: Exit through the lower level boot room, 50m walk to the Sunnegga Express lift
Lock Instructions:
Smart Lock: August Smart Lock Pro on the main entrance door
Access Code: Will be sent via SMS 24 hours before check-in
Backup Key: In the lockbox on the wooden post near the garage (call for code if needed)
Locking: The door auto-locks after 30 seconds. Press the August button once to lock immediately when leaving.

House Rules:
No smoking anywhere on the property (CHF 500 cleaning fee if violated)
No pets (allergies)
Quiet hours: 22:00 - 07:00 (Swiss law)
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (strictly enforced)
Shoes off in the chalet - slippers provided in the entryway
Hot tub: No glassware near the tub, shower before entering
Fireplace: Only use provided firewood and fire starters. Never leave unattended.
